- Rating 2.5After Massage Envy cancelled 2 appointments with me with no 24 hour notice, when I set up a third appointment, I received a call wanting to confirm the appointment and warning me that if I don’t give 24 hour notice, I’ll be charged. Where’s the common sense. When I am NOT the problem, ME staff should have the decency to shut up about the cancellation policy.
