- Rating 5.0I received a full body massage from Isaiah. He was very professional and gave me one of the best massages I have had in a long time. He focused on the areas that need work on (my shoulders and low back) and applied just the right amount of pressure that I can tolerate. I will definitely recommend Massage Envy and Isaiah to my friends and family.

- Rating 3.0Definitely did not like the way the new tipping system was introduced. We are now charged a fee to leave a tip on the credit card. Plus, it's much less convenient than it was to just have the tip added to the card on file. Would have appreciated a heads up on the fee.

- Rating 4.0The experience was fine. I don’t like I have to talk to my home office for anything and physically go there to make certain changes. I also don’t like having to pay more to tip now.
