Firstly, my service provider was late for my session and kept going on about the health issues she was having for the duration of my massage, as well as kept on about how they usually give more of the hot stones, so she didn't have enough to complete my hot stone therapy, I guess. that's what she kept saying. also, when I booked, I asked for aromatherapy add on as well as the exfoliating foot massage package and I didn't receive either of those things, which I didn't interrupt the session to ask about, I just figured she would get to them, but when she didn't and said the session was over, I was kind of upset. I didn't have to pay for the add-ons I originally asked for, but I went in expecting to get these things and did not receive what i wanted. the massage itself was okay. she was very thorough with the areas I wanted focus on, but she talked a lot about her tooth issues and that was kind of off-putting. Also, the front desk person, after telling her I wasn't interested in signing up for more sessions or getting a membership, kept insisting on it, to the point I had to be like, look, I'm simply not interested at this time, if I think on it and change my mind I will let you know. I know it's their job to try and get you to sign up, but how many times does a person have to say no, thank you?
