  Only one good massage therapist at the location near me and she is ALWAYS booked… always. Not worth a membership if the massage isn’t good.

  I feel like half the time I get a very inexperienced person and do not get a good massage for the time and money.

  I don't even know where to begin. Other than a head and neck massage I had once, this was my first massage. I told LaMyiah I was a little nervous since this was my first massage and she did absolutely nothing to ease my mind, she never even looked up at me, she just kept asking questions about the areas I wanted worked on and typing on her ipad. Then in the middle of the massage, Lamyiah told me to "scoot all the way down." I did as she asked, then she snapped at me "not that far down." The other issue is the massage lasted only 45-50 minutes, not 60 minutes as I was told when I made the appointment. When I booked the appointment I was told it's $125 for a 60 minute massage, not a 50 minute massage. As I was preparing to leave I asked the receptionist about this and she said " yes, if you were a member we would ha ve explained [that it's only 50 minutes] to you." Why does your company only explain that to members but not new customers? It's misleading and dishonest to say it's $125 for a 60 minute massage when actually it's only 45-50 minutes. I gave LaMiyah a $25 dollar tip, not because she deserved it but because I'm a nice person and I'd never short anyone who works for tips. My overall experience with your company was not a good one, and I will not be back. I'll take my business elsewhere.

  It is getting more difficult to get appointments. If I don't call the 1st day of every month, I cannot get an appointment for 2 months out. It was so much better when you could book several months in advance.
