- Rating 1.5The time that was allocated to me. My appointment was at 12:00 and it wasn’t until 12:10 that I was called back for my chemical peel. I assumed it would be a 50 minute peel since an hour was blocked off. I ADDED my neck and chest area so 2 credits for the peel and for my neck and chest another half credit was taken. I finished at 12:43 so I had a 30 minute chemical peel pm. The previous appointment was late. The peel was not aggressive since they do not have a medical director over the facials.
- Rating 2.5The time spent on my service. My service started minutes after start time and ended at the 45 minute mark. If paying for a 60 minute service, I don’t expect a less than 45 minute service
- Rating 5.0Blake was far and above one of the best massage therapists that I have had at massage envy.
