- Rating 4.0I think that 8 of 10 is a good score. One area which disappointed me is this. I phoned 4 days before my appointment and asked the person who answered to record areas that I wanted the massage therapist to work on at the upcoming appointment. I understood that she was writing this down. I arrived for the appointment and the therapist had absolutely none of the information I called in four days from the visit.

- Rating 5.0I was greeted with kindness. I also love the feel of the waiting room. I had a facial with Natalia and a massage with Brittany. Both were kind and skilled and professional. Loved the whole visit.
- Rating 5.0The front desk staff are friendly and welcoming. They checked me in and out quickly and with a smile. My massage was amazing, and my therapist Steven has really helped me with some pain issues.

- Rating 0.0Too much focused on extracting the extra dollar from clients which makes me uncomfortable and ruins the experience. Also the membership rules are extremely unfair. Can’t pause without using the accumulated balance, can’t gift to family members, etc etc
