- Rating 5.0Ms. Nikita does a phenomenal job with my son during his stretch sessions. She pays attention to his concerns and addresses his areas of concern. She advises him on how to maintain his stretch health. He is an athlete and his sessions at Massage Envy have helped him to succeed in his sports.
- Rating 1.0The esthetician was sick. I asked if she wanted to stop the service and she said no. She had to leave out for water and came back in. She continued to cough all session and now I am sick.
- Rating 5.0Each time I go to Massage Envy, I a treated as royalty. Customer service is awesome and Camby is the greatest.
- Rating 5.0The staff is always very friendly. Brandon my massage therapist is one of the best I’ve ever received services from. He works on my troubled areas first. His techniques are always appreciated. I don’t go to the Jacksonville location because they do not have anyone as skilled as Brandon.
- Rating 1.0Brandon, while seemingly a very nice person isn't qualified to do the services. He couldn't have possibly attended massage therapy school. I booked a 90-minute last minute (the day before) and he was the one available. I see why though. He doesn't utilize any techniques. He just rubs. It was truly, truly disappointing. Sometimes your guests have really busy lives so when we take time for self-care with a massage we do hope it's an enjoyable experience.

- Rating 5.0Deanna was absolutely wonderful. Discussed my problem areas of tension and physical issues and altered the massage appropriately. I felt so much better after the massage. Also discussed with me things I can do to help with my tension areas until the next massage. She is extremely professional but also personable. I always look forward to my massage and always feel so much better after a session with Deanna. The young ladies at the front desk are always a pleasure as well.
