She possesses the knowledge and technique to effectively analyze your skin needs and provide the corrective action to make you feel and look your best. She’s very honest and open to your needs. Beside her expertise, she is so caring and friendly and totally puts you at ease during your skin care appointment I would highly recommend her to anyone you will not be disappointed

- Rating 1.5I had a dual service, massage first then a facial. My massage therapist was 20 minutes late but, she did give me my full time. However, my esthetician did not. The timer was already going once we were in the room. Then she had to step out to get the key to open the cabinets, the facial didn’t officially start until 10:23 and was finished by 11:05. SI did mention it to the front desk but, was told the service can be any where between 45-50 minutes depending on extractions. In that case, what you’re promoting is false advertisement. I worked at massage envy as an esthetician for a few years so I am well aware of the policies and procedures. I was offered a few enhancement but, it didn’t seem fair.
