- Rating 3.0This was my second visit. Each time I’ve been, there is something going on on the other side of the wall that sounds like a bowling alley. People in the hall are laughing and talking very loud. Disrupts the relaxation Very distracting.

- Rating 3.0It really upsets me that my sessions are cut short. Even me being on time & early to the appointment, they don't start late & end way too early. For example I pay for a 90 minute massage & basically only get 60 minutes 😒 they don't start on me till 10-15 minutes into the appointment then end 10 minutes early. I don't need 10 minutes to dress & getting dressed should be after your appointment. Last it ended early I laid on the table for a long time, totally took my time getting dressed & still had 5 minutes left of my appointment. Why am I paying for a 90 minute massage when I only get 60 minutes. The massage therapist was great but give me my full time.

- Rating 4.0My first massage, last month was not good! The service provider did not touch my hips (even though I asked her to) did not do my upper legs or my feet! What’s a massage without touching the feet? The massage I received yesterday was wonderful! She did a very good job! I will rate the most current service provider, since she was good.
- Rating 4.5Staff are always friendly. I have been going to Krissy for several months - look forward to a massage because she does a fantastic job! Always asks about areas of concern or that need concentration and clarifies level of pressure. Highly recommend Krissy!
