- Rating 5.0The availability to be able to call the day before I’m able to get in for appointment. Also, when I went to check in, I was able to extend my time from one hour to an hour and a half which was really a blessing on TV.
- Rating 3.5I had a 90 minute massage on Saturday 4/20 and it was the worst hands down I've ever had. I've never wanted a massage to be over until then. Su day 4/21 I had a 90 minute massage with Erin and it was absolutely amazing . It ranked in the top 5 . My experience could have been better if all your technicians had her skill and care. I'm rating this based on Erin's performance since I do not know which service is linked to this survey.

- Rating 3.0I am considering ME overall, not this location. Overall, ME has an inconsistent quality of therapists. Sometimes they are ok and sometimes they are really bad.
- Rating 5.0My aesthetician Maria was so knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable. I will definitely see her again.

- Rating 2.5The massage was fine. Felt weird that my tights and arms/hands where not done and I was laying in the same position the hole time. Normally you start on stomach and flip over to back.
