- Rating 3.0Too much talking. I’m there to relax and making small talk with a stranger is not relaxing. Also, she made comments about my body like “oh no! What happened to your arm!” I was alarmed thinking that I was bleeding or injured. She told me that there was a very big blue vein on my arm. I had to explain to her that sometimes veins look that way. I’m used to explaining things like that to the elementary school children that I work with, I would think that something like that would be rule number one of working with peoples bodies: don’t point things out like prominent veins, or blemishes or scars or things that aren’t a medical emergency of some kind. I would not recommend this masseuse to anyone because of the oblivious nature of her demeanor.

- Rating 5.0Katie at the front desk is extremely friendly and always helpful when booking appointments. And I have been going to my therapist Krystal for over five years! She is truly the best in the business and a rare asset to ME.
- Rating 3.0It started 10 minutes later than my appointment time. There was no apology. The room was COLD! The appointment ended at the scheduled time so I was shorted on my 90 minutes. The therapist spent way too much time on only one section of my mid back. It was only after I started “squirming” that she moved on from that area. It was not one of my favorite massages.
