- Rating 5.0I loved the atmosphere as well as all of the people. It was my very first time getting a facial and massage and both experiences were so great I got a membership! Everyone was so helpful and willing to explain and help all of my needs.
- Rating 5.0Front end staff are friendly and knowledgable. There is a calm when you walk in. In the back, you experience even more calm and quiet. Staff used slow, hushed tones. The "Spa Music" is nice. Jeneen give the most amazing massages!! She is friendly and listens to your concerns and focus areas, and will carry on a conversation if you like, but will also allow you to relax and say nothing. I would HIGHLY recommned her!!

- Rating 0.0It has been a harrowing experience trying to make it through a year contract without being able to quit. It makes me think you need to trap people to get customers. I am forced to keep paying for something that is difficult for me to use. I would never recommend this kind of forced commitment on anyone.

- Rating 3.5The massage time should be the time that is stated. So, if the massage is supposed to be 1 hour, the massage should be 1 hour. Waiting for the room, consultation, and undressing should not be included in the massage time.
