- Rating 3.0It's very challenging to get an appointment. They staff no longer even ask you do you want to schedule your next visit before you leave since the staff turnover. I showed up for my appointment on 4/9 they told me they did not have me scheduled. I told her I spoke to Renee. The lady who checked me in put notes in my account no one called to speak to me about my experience. Ironically I called 2 days prior to reschedule. It's now clear she didnt even pull up my account to confirm where they could even make an edit to the appointment I was told I had on the 9th. No one called to apologize for offer a resolution. I called back to speak to the manager she didn't take ownership of the customer service failure. Disappointing and surprising in 2024. I made the appointment 3/28 at 12:20 pm.
