  I think the customer service could have been better at the front counter.I had a appointment on 4/12/24. The appointment went well,Colleen was amazing as always,I never have any problems with her. At check-out is when it became a issue. The women at the counter were telling me that my membership was frozen. In which I did freeze my account due to financial hardship last month. I paid the past due amount balance to have it frozen ,but then I scheduled a appointment in that same month on march 22 and I didn’t have to pay anything. I had no issue so I assumed my membership was no longer frozen, so on 4/12/24 I scheduled another appointment expecting not to pay. I informed them of how it didn’t make sense that I was able to schedule a session on march 22 with no issue but then now my account is frozen and they wanted to argue with me and say it does make sense. I felt like they genuinely didn’t care. I was upset and they weren’t empathetic to my situation. I’ve been a member for years and never had such a problem. The only reason I stay is because of Colleen. My skin has improved so much since having her as my Esthetician. I would hate to part ways as I’ve been a member since 2020.

  There's a huge difference between the quality therapists and the bad ones. The bad ones need to be cut. Yesterday, I had JoJo at the Severna Park location and my experience was horrible & painful. I requested back and shoulders & she told me no because it was my first visit with her. I signed up for Medium pressure and yet she was extremely aggressive, even after I told her it was too much. She even had the balls to ask he why my leg hurt after she really laid into me - it was insulting. Near the end, I really thought about jumping off the table and leaving.
