  I've been coming to Massage Envy for some time now. I have had the same massage therapist for some time now. And she knows that if I'm not there for an appointment. To have somebody call me. I live 3 minutes away. This appointment's was supposed to be a 2-hour appointment. I walked in to double check to see if I had an appointment today or if it was for the next day. Was told that they marked me down as canceled for today. Even though I still had an hour left on the appointment. Nobody called me nobody gave me any information this ***** me off severely. And that is why I'm canceling my membership.

  I found a massage therapist that I does deep tissue massage and does an awesome job.

  The receptionist asks way to many questions. This should be between me and the therapist.

  The places i ask him to target felt incomplete. Example- my neck, base of skull and scalp… he rubbed my head with one hand gently but didn’t push on my scalp, head base of neck, he didn’t rub my neck or shoulders. He did do a great job on my shoulder blades and traps but i specifically said scalp, base of neck, shoulders, down my spin and lower back/hips then a brief hands and feet if there was time.
