  Starting on time. She apologized for being late. Wasn’t informed what to do except start with laying on my stomach.

  Price for non member is significantly more. Also I was taken back five minutes late and then massage started 4 minutes later and ended 8 minutes until the hour. Instead of ten minutes of total changing time is was 17 minutes.

  Scheduling has been pretty bad. I’ve called in, scheduled at the desk and online and have had a fluke. Thankfully, a person that was there during my last visit was there to help. If it weren’t for her, I may have cancelled my membership.

  Massage therapist and I had a great conversation throughout the massage. We get to the end, she mentioned the cbd lotion I added to the massage and told me there was some left over. She said to have my boyfriend or husband rub the rest on my back. I told her that I am married but to a woman. Everything seemed fine, but I went to schedule another appointment with her and I was completely blocked. To be discriminated against for this is ridiculous. Our conversations were about animals and my job, so I doubt it was over those things. If a massage therapist can’t separate personal beliefs and clients, then they shouldn’t ask personal questions and shouldn’t be in customer service. Front desk employees are fantastic though

  I was signed up for a 60 min massage. I got into traffic issues and informed the front desk that I would be a few mins late. I arrived 4 mins late. I filled out my paperwork then was taken back to the room. I realize there is a 10min consultation and changing time built in so I was expecting a 50 min massage. So when my provider left the room for me to change the timer on the iPad said 50 so I was fine with that but then when she was done she left the room and I moved to get changed and after starting to change I see that the timer says 12mins. So therefore I received at very most a 38 min massage and more likely a 30-35min massage since I was still changing when I saw the 50 min on the timer. I feel like the prices are already very expensive and I had a gift card to use or I wouldnt have been there. However when I only received such a short massage for $125 it definitely will not be a place I recommend.

  Didnt like being lied to how the membership worked and how the payments were coming out, the transfer of credits to another person. False information from the staff. Then they want to argue with you for their mistakes and do not correct the error or any apologize.

  I do not like some of your policies. We have been trying to quit as members but no one will contact us, nor send the appropriate paperwork.
