- Rating 2.5Had a 90 minute massage scheduled at noon. Fifteen minutes after noon I was told that my massage therapist was not there and they were trying to figure out what was going on. 5 minutes later I was told that there was a scheduling mixup and that the massage therapist was not going to be in. I was offered to reschedule with the same therapist at another day or that another therapist had an opening at 1:00pm for a 60 minute massage. This therapist only offered light and medium pressures and I prefer a firm pressure. I decided to opt for the 1:00pm massage with the new therapist since I was already there. The massage was fine and she did her best to offer as close to a firm massage as she could. No complaints with her. But this is the second time there has been a scheduling conflict at this location where I have shown up and been told there was a scheduling issue. The front desk employee was apologetic and very nice. Once again can’t blame her. But there does seem to be a scheduling issue at this location. It may seem minor but I and I’m sure other have to change their schedules to get here for our appointments. If I were to miss or cancel even hours before the massage I would be charged a fee. Hope they can figure it out.
