- Rating 0.5Good Afternoon, Today I visited the location at Darian, IL and was disappointed at the fact that I was treated poorly by the staff. The reason why opened a membership with Massage Envy was because I always felt welcomed and my services have always been outstanding. Today how ever was the complete opposite, from the moment my massage started to the way I spoken to it was an unpleasant experience. My massage was ended early and when I stated my experience I was ignored and she immediately walked out and disregarded me. The customer service was not to the company standards and how any customer should feel. I hope this review is taken into consideration and action is taken to better improve customers experience. Best Regards.
