- Rating 1.0Too difficult to use the prepaid massages. I used to be able to use them on anyone and transfer my prepaid massages to anyone with out a fee. Then it was changed to a $10 fee total. Then it was changed to a $10 fee per hour. And now it’s not even an option. I used to recommend massage envy to everyone and got a lot of people to sign up because of the good rates. Now it’s a joke, can’t get my $ back even if I wanted. The managers are a joke and just hang up on you and before that, they laugh at me when they say good luck talking to the owner.
- Rating 5.0After spending most of the day yard work cleaning up leaves and sawing down some trees, I went in for my massage. My lower back was screaming when I got there. After my massage I felt so much better. It was like waking up from a long winter nap and feeling like I was 19 again.

- Rating 0.0I have been a member of massage envy ever since they came to this town. Everytime this place gets a new owner the prices go up and the perks get less and less. I used to recommend massage envy to people. Now I recommend anyone else. My unhappiness is with the business and the last manager I butted heads with. That lady actually deleted my email form my account so I would not be sent a review form. I actually had to call because I couldn’t log into my account anymore and I was told my email wasn’t on my account. I know it was before because I had received numerous emails from this business before for years. The manager actually did something without my permission and then deleted my email so I couldn’t complain about her. I don’t know the ladies name but she was very rude and this happened about a year ago. I love massages and I have a lot of prepaid massages on my account so I have not cancelled my account. My unhappiness with this business has nothing to do with my massage therapist from my last session. My last therapist was amazing.
- Rating 5.0I think everyone is warm, friendly and personable. I have a great therapist, that I am very thankful for, she is an absolutely great deep tissue massage therapist and I feel like a different person after I am through having one of her massages. It is so worth it. I am grateful for Massage Envy and, grateful for my massages.
