- Rating 3.5I have been a member for several years and visited several locations in multiple states. Until yesterday, I was never up-charged. Because of that, I will NOT be visiting the St. John's location again. It would have been better received if I was told of the up-charge in advance. I spoke with the receptionist to confirm on Friday and saw her prior to my session yesterday and yet she waited until I was leaving to inform me of the additional fee. It made a good experience sour in a hurry.
