  Team member at front desk did not book the type of massage I specifically asked for (hot stone) and I did not realize it until the masseuse had already begun and I questioned her when she did not use the stones. Unfortunately we couldn’t change rooms, I guess. I was very disappointed that I was not going to get the type of massage I wanted. Should have realized when the team member at the front desk was struggling with my request for a specific masseuse, her availability and the type of massage. She explained she was new and while another member at the desk was trying to help, she was also attending to a client. I thought everything was scheduled as I had wanted. I was happy with the masseuse and the massage so my dissatisfaction is not with her. Going forward if the front desk member is struggling or uncertain, I will leave and call another time to make an appointment with another front desk member. Upon leaving my appointment, I did express this to the two members (neither of whom were in attendance when I booked the appointment) and they were attentive and apologetic. My low score for front desk is unfortunately based on one person. Up until now, the team has been great.

  this place is amazing from the moment I walk in to a warm welcome to my therapist taking care of and knowing my needs. I leave so much more relaxed than I enter, thank you

  My therapist Angela. She is aggressive in getting to the root of your problem. She just knows she feels with her to hands the whole situation with message therapy. I have been to her with Sciatica and totally avoided a trip to doctors and possibly hospital with pain. This has not been a one time thing for me she frequently works on this area of my sciatica. It’s not without work and pain to get there. Angela gets there. She has resolved headaches, severe muscle aches, back problems, arthritis problems couldn’t open my hand before she worked on it and opened after. .
