- Rating 2.5Lack of good provider and times available. My therapist was 30 minutes late and they didn’t compensate me al all, yet they charged me full price the one time I called to cancel my appointment because it wasn’t 24 hrs notice. A little hypocritical I would say
- Rating 5.0The sitting room is very nice and there is water and treats if one must wait a few minutes. My therapist was Luce and she was wonderful. I received an excellent massage from her. The room was just right in every way
- Rating 5.0Thus location at PGA is the best location with the best therapists. I've had another couple experiences in Ohio and they were nothing compared to this location! From the front desk, over the phone to the therapists in person this location is by far the best. It's is my family of services. Thanks you.
- Rating 0.0I have been a very long term membership customer and unfortunately had to cancel my appointment due to the flu. I rarely, if ever cancel or have cancelled in the years of my membership. (Well over 10 years) They charged a $100 cancellation fee and scolded me for not cancelling the day before. I wasn't sick the day before and fully intended on enjoying my massage! I didn't want to get my therapist sick, and quick frankly, wouldn't have made it through the massage without running to get sick in the restroom. I understand a cancellation policy, but I think for a long term member, it could be better evaluated. (for someone that doesn't have a history of cancellations on their profile) This was the PGA location, not my home spa. I am considering cancelling my membership entirely. Not only because of the cancellation fee, but becasue of the rude response! As a side note - my therapist had cancelled on me recently with no one to fill in. I certainly didn't get a free massage for any inconvienience to my schedule.
