- Rating 1.5I didn’t get a massage and still lost the massage from my account. I made a mistake with the time, I contacted the location to say that I was running late. No one answered the phone. I called back five mins later after I also notice that my appointment time was 30 mins earlier than I thought. I explained this to the person who answered but also inquired why I wasn’t contacted after I no showed 10-15 mins after the time. She stated that they called me in which they didn’t. The number she said she called wasn’t even my number. At this point I had yet to give my information. Really disappointed

- Rating 4.0The massage itself, they didn't massage our feet even though we paid for a full body massage. They mentioned something about reflexology but I didn't ask for that nor was that discussed by the masseuse before hand and nor did it do anything for our feet, no lotion was applied and it felt like they didnt want to touch our feet since they places the blanket over them just to poke at them.. luckily the from desk assistant manager addressed the issue for us by helping with costs associated with the massage.
