- Rating 2.0I was informed after the service that the cost increased to 2 credits. While I understood this, other clinics within 15 miles do not cost this much and it now seems ludicrous to charge this much if other clinics aren’t.

- Rating 0.0Great massage today, but it is extremely difficult to get appointments. The next appointment I can make is two months out and I have a monthly subscription…how do I use them up!?!
- Rating 0.0My massage therapist was great. It is the company that is terrible. It takes months to try to get an appointment. There are not enough therapists. Plus, they block off time for walk ins so members like myself can’t get our massages.
- Rating 0.5My therapist arrived late. She walked into the facility 4 minutes after my appointment. Once I was in the therapy room and she left for me to get undressed it was already 9 minutes after my appointment was scheduled. I thought she would extend the time so I would still get the hour I was scheduled for. When my massage was complete I checked the time and she finished 1 minute prior to the scheduled hour. Which gave me about a 48 minute massage. I was shocked!

- Rating 0.0After 5 minutes of a not massage experience I told the person that it was not meeting my expectations and to stop. He was completely incompetent.I have never had such a bad experience.
