The problem I have is with the franchise owner of this location price gouging customers $22.50 because my home location is not theirs. I’ve been a subscriber with massage envy for years as well as my husband. This is absolutely pathetic. The reason you have a subscription so you can go anywhere. I travel and I live in California, California, and I live in Nevada. I have never been charged an extra charge to use my subscription. Anywhere shame on you Mr. owner. You have a great team, but you should look at yourself in the mirror. Don’t pass California prices onto your customer.

- Rating 2.0My birthday massage appointment was canceled the same day via text message. My friend also booked an appointment the same day and she was about to become a member at that location. After mine was cancelled, she gave me her spot but it ruined the afternoon because of our pre and post activities scheduled around both of us having services.
- Rating 5.0Unlike the Seal Beach location, the Lakewood, CA location is very welcoming. I am greeted when I walk in and offered something to drink while I wait. The waiting room is so very calm and pleasing, as well.

- Rating 5.0The workers are friendly and they make you feel welcome. Daniel is very good of his job. He is friendly and professional. He knows where’s the pressure points. A+ for him
- Rating 5.0Nallely is the best. After my massage I felt so relaxed and rejuvenated. She is the reason I only use the Lakewood ME location.
