- Rating 4.0Scheduling through your call center. Solita is always booked months in advance. I called 3 times in March to see if scheduling was open yet for June only to be told "not yet" and check back in 2 weeks or at the end of the month (March). I made the other calls earlier just to be sure. I went for my long-scheduled March 27 app't and asked again about June only to be told that it had been open for weeks and Solita was already fully booked for June. The woman at the counter said there is no direct line to that location but I could text them. Is your call center really in Jamaica? Apparently I'm not the only one who has had problems.
