- Rating 1.5I had a 3 pm facial and getting into the room she talked and talked…..went over all the questions I told her I had just had a facial the previous week. Finally…she stepped out for me to disrobe. It seemed like the facial was really fast…she again talked and talked about product at the end of the facial. Again finally stepped out. I dressed and walked to my car. I looked at my phone and it was 3:50. Really I was right I did not get a full 45 to 60 facial.

- Rating 1.5The person who massaged me had sharp nails. I was too embarrassed to say something but he was hurting both sides of my neck alot when he pressed down. My neck has scratches on it and both sides are sore from it. I’d just make sure your employees are kempt so they don’t hurt anyone else

- Rating 2.5Ryan was late due to an accident. Room was freezing cold with fan full blast. Turned down but not off. Reminded him I wanted the foot scrub and lavender aroma and got neither . Had also told the girl the day confirming my appointment. Used cold lotion. Only rubbed my legs didn't massage them. I've had some great massages thru massage envy and his was the not so greatesr
