- Rating 1.5What I asked for was not done. I wanted my back and left leg specifically to be worked on and they were barely touched. Also my massage started 10 minutes late and ended 8 minutes early.

- Rating 4.0My last experience I felt a little gipped. I have been to many different Massage Envys and for this one in particular, I scheduled a 60 Minute facial. My facial was done in 30 minutes. I feel if a facial is going to be less than a time frame as you're paying for, but that needs to be discussed up front. No one told me ahead of time that if I have good skin that it could take less than the 60 Minute time frame. With that said I feel that the esthetician should be able to add some kind of treatment to give you your 60 Minute time frame such as a shoulder massage hand massage feet massage something but when you're paying for 60 minutes and you only get 30 that makes you feel totally jipped. I have been to different locations where they do do the little bit extra and then you don't realize that maybe the face part was less than your 60 minutes but it needs to be clarified up front as far as I am concerned. With that said I have nothing against the aesthetician she did a great job I just want my money for 60 minutes to be worth it
