- Rating 4.5Generally, I enjoy my massage at Massage Envy. Most of the masseurs are professional and well trained, with the exception of my last visit with Wendy. Her communication and English was limited. Her massage was rough and hard. She didn’t address the area where my muscle was tight (near my neck and traps area). She used her fingers pressing really hard. My muscle feels more painful and tight the next day. If Massage Envy can give me my credit back, I’d appreciate it. My name is Litko Chan. I’ve been a member for years. My last massage was worst.

I told her my problems spots and she made sure to work them thoroughly! When I came in I felt like my neck was scrunched and could barely move it. I walked out a new person with immediate neck mobility and completely relaxed shoulders and upper back! I have chronic lower back pain and she stretched it so well! She did such an amazing job! I will be back! Thank you again.
