- Rating 5.0Monette was great. It was my first time and she was great explaining everything. Was also patient and incredibly helpful. A true asset. Melissa was great. She was attentive and informative during the entire process and is an excellent massage therapist
- Rating 2.0I was injured on Wednesday night; I looked up the email reminder advising me to confirm with Ben, at first I confirmed the appointment then followed up with the information that I tore my calf muscle and was unable to keep the appointment; due to the pain I was heavily sedated and didn’t call until the following day. I am aware of your 24 hour cancellypolicy but I believe this is an exception to the rule. I was charged a reduced fee but I still feel this was unacceptable. I am considering cancelling my membership. I worked in the customer service industry managing high rise buildings and my decision would have been to waive the fee as I am a steady customer. I will relay my experience to others.
