- Rating 3.0My gift card got charged the wrong amount by mistake. They called me right away to fix it. I just never heard back to see if it was done.
- Rating 0.5Waited 30 minutes to be seen. Massage included with facial was poorly executed, even though I made sure to emphasize how I wanted the massage therapist to focus on that. I also didn’t receive any extractions and had to remove clogged pores at home. I could’ve saved my money and done everything at home.
- Rating 3.5appointment availability is getting less and the national answering line is not good

- Rating 2.0I believe when you advertise 60 min facial or massage then it should be 60 min. If you are counting the 10 min to dress/undress then advertise 50 min. You ask us to get there early but there is no point. I also find the people at the call center annoying and pushy!

- Rating 5.0The store was extremely clean and calm. Kristie was very thorough and made my daughter and I feel comfortable throughout the process. Would definitely recommend to others seeking these services.
