Yesterday my service provider had to cancel but the receptionist Jenny got me in the same day, near my originally scheduled time, ensured it was someone who does the level of pressure I prefer, and gave me a 1/2 hour free of charge. Jenny has also been working very hard to make sure my flex spending account will cover my massages. She has been wonderful. I also like the variety of service providers and quality of their service.
