- Rating 2.5Love the Santa Rosa site but I found out at my last massage that since it is not my home site, there is a $10 charge to receive services. I was never told this and have been a member for many years. Seems like another way for Massage Envy to get extra cash after our monthly charges that have also increased when told they wouldn't every change. Very sad. So no, I won't be recommending your service to friends.

- Rating 1.0The masseuse only gave me a 40-45 min massage, even though I was on time. She coughed throughout the entire massage and wasn’t wearing a mask, nor did she sanitize her hands or comment on having allergies. Another staff member also barged in mid treatment on accident. Altogether not a good experience at all
