- Rating 4.5I loved that Jerry my massage therapist in Livermore, CA focuses my massage in the areas of my body I need it the most, which is in my upper back, shoulder and neck. I’ m a senior citizen and I’m definitely walking more upright after my massage with Jerry. I also receive after each massage a 30 minute Stretch session with Fernando
- Rating 4.0Cindy was terrible. I had to stop her a few minutes in because she was so rough and in my opinion had no idea how to massage. Plus she had a hard time understanding anything I was saying. I wanted a deep tissue and she literally was so fast and dug her elbows into me with brute force. I did complain which I never do and they rescheduled me which I appreciated. I then had Anthony who was amazing!!! He really focused in on my tension. He knew what he was doing and will definitely reschedule with him!!
- Rating 2.5The therapist asked me what areas to work on yet did not focus on those areas. I even mentioned it during the treatment and still did not focus on those areas. The front staff when I checked in just pointed at area to go sit in. I mentioned I had never been to location before. No one went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer. Disappointing.

- Rating 5.0I look forward to my massages. I have a good technician. Get shop and the front desk personnel are warm and welcoming.
