  EVERYTHING could have been better My 90minute, albeit I was late, was a complete waste of my time and money. I felt shamed on my entrance into the room, even though I said I would be paying for the full time. Upon getting ready, I then waited a very long time for the aesthetician to come back into the room. A wash. Then an assessment…. And then the upsell. I get it, but the upselling didn’t stop there. I declined to do the upsell, because i wanted a both facial and need for relaxation. Both of which I typically get ….. Moved on to a number of other items. Then the mask. To an arm/hand massage. But she then tried to upsell me again to a more “through, hydrating, better massage”. I’ve never had that said to me before as I’ve always booked the 90min for the incredible extended neck, shoulder and arm massage … when I declined, I got a very quick experience on my hand and forearms and felt a moment of regret as this is what I came for and because I declined the better upsell experience, I was left with disappointment. Speaking of left, she left the room saying that “this is your relaxation time, would you like the lights on or off????” Never has this happened before either. Her extractions left me in tears. And today, still extremely red and slightly swollen. I did mention politely that her methods and technique was much different than anything I’ve ever experienced at ME. To which she explained her level of style compared to others and that my 90min facial was designed for more extraction time and not intended for the relaxation experience that I was desiring or had experienced in the past. She looked up my profile and told me that the other aestheticians I had worked with aren’t as aggressive and that’s what makes her better……… I’ve been a member with ME since 2007. I’ve had dozens of experiences. On top of going to uncountable spas around the valley and world. Incredibly disappointed by my encounter yesterday. I don’t know if there is a way to better prep facial customers … but from what I learned during my, most UNrelaxjng and painful facial I have ever had, aestheticians have a scale of treatment styles just as massage therapist have.

  I have not had a facial for awhile and throughly enjoyed Sarai's gentle, relaxing facial massage. I love her signature "arm wrap" after moisturizing, massaging my arms and hands. Thank you.

  Receptionists are always friendly and welcoming. Lucina is the best massage therapist. She understands my back issues! Always a chance of me getting spasms so she is gentle and careful. Always a pleasure getting a massage from her.
