- Rating 3.5I scheduled a massage when I was out of town. I would have felt better knowing in advance that son would have to pay a market fee because they charge more for clients at this location than the ones I usually go to near my home. To make me aware of it after my massage when it was time to put money down for a tip for my massage therapist is the soonest I knew of this. They scheduled me knowing I was a member and didn’t say anything at that time. It was very disappointing. I had asked for a therapist that did deep tissue. She did more pressure on one area but I needed deep tissue all over. I tried a couple times to have her use more pressure but I gave up. She didn’t seem as experienced on how to do the massage as much as other massage therapists I have seen previously. The flow from one area to another and covering and uncovering areas wasn’t done well like I’m used to.

- Rating 1.0The environment was noisy and not relaxing. It sounded like someone was working or cleaning right outside our door and dropped something loud a few times. My masseuse was rough with fast, non-relaxing strokes. He kept bumping into the table or the stool. He would rub his hands together loudly with lotion every time. We had a couples massage and the heads of the tables weren’t event pointed together. Seemed like 2 tables were just crammed into the room. Unfortunately it was not the best experience.
