- Rating 1.0Time management. My appointment was at 2:30 but I was called in at 2:40 pm. Facial started at 2:46 and it ended at 3:29 . Do the math it’s not 50 minutes total. It’s only 43 minutes for facial. The hands for facial Moves so slowly, taking 2-3 minutes to put gloves on. Waste of my money . Front desk keep asking how much gratituity u want to add , if someone wants to tip they will let front desk know why to pressurize . Not happy . I feel I am not getting enough time for amount I am paying

- Rating 5.0I loved how knowledgable my esthetician, Tori, was. She gave me a breakdown of the entire process, its benefits, and pre/post-care. She also gave me great tips on how to reduce the acne and discoloration on my back (my concern). She was very friendly and made the entire experience therapeutic and enjoyable!
